Missed and changed extension appointment charges
No loss of deposit for rescheduled appointments unless rescheduled more than twice.
No loss of deposit for cancelled appointments with over 24hours notice.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your deposit payment to be refunded, under these circumstances.
If cancelled within the 24 hour period, your deposit will be lost.
You can keep your hair instead of receiving a refund if you have given more than 24 hours cancellation notice.
Extension Refund Policy Post application
The appropriate aftercare, for your extensions, will be discussed with you and an aftercare leaflet given to you during your first application appointment. After your hair has been applied Astonishing Lengths will be on hand to continue answering any questions you may have and providing maintenance for your hair. In between your appointments however it is down to you as the client to look after your hair as recommended and we cannot be liable for any damage caused or disappointment gained due to your own lack of this personal maintenance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your extensions and you feel that it is through no fault of your after care; or whereby Astonishing Lengths is at fault for any reason we will always oblige to rectify/ resolve your issue with your hair.
At Astonishing Lengths we try to provide competitive prices in reflection of the best possible quality of hair, in order to make hair extensions more affordable for more people. The quality of our hair is highly appreciated by many of our regular clientele however If you are having your extensions done with us for the first time and feel unsatisfied afterwards with the quality of hair then you must accept that either you are not maintaining your hair as recommended or what you are expecting in hair quality will most likely be substantially more expensive else where and for this reason we cannot offer refunds. We do, however, offer two grades of hair, which will be offered to you.
This is also the case if you are having hair extensions done for the first ever time, as it may take you a while to just adapt to them and learn to care for them properly.
During your consultation this will all be discussed and explained to you and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have before signing your consultation form to say that you agree with our policy.
